Eric Garbocci

Eric Garbocci is a seasoned Real Estate Agent and Broker, having represented clients in Mendocino, Lake and Sonoma counties for over 30 years.  Eric is a native son of Ukiah and has deep ties to his local community.  Eric values the trust clients place in him and stives diligently to exceed their expectations when buying or selling properties on their behalf.  He specializes in all aspects of residential, land and commercial real estate sales.  Whether he is navigating the way for a first-time homebuyer or working with clients on a complex sale or acquisition, Eric is there every step of the way to make the deal happen for his clients.  His fun-loving nature, competence and kind and compassionate manner puts clients at ease immediately.

Eric has owned and operated multiple real estate businesses and a property management company overseeing hundreds of units for private owners.  In 2021, Eric merged Ukiah Property Management with 101 Property Management and joined the progressive W Real Estate team in Ukiah.  Eric is looking forward to focusing his talents full-time on real estate investment opportunities for new and existing clients.
